This song reminds me of when I moved on from primary school back in summer of 2021 and onto high school and this song fits perfectly for reminiscing on those good old days😢

Don´t think that the movie was particularly great, but that Intro is really something special, with Dominic Frontiere´s epic music, William Conrad´s recitation and, of course, John Wayne/Chisum watching over his land from the top of the hill like God contemplating creation. Too bad that the rest of the movie didn´t really live up to that.

Spectacular was the Way each Western johndra Movie used too Start Out. This particular one was an Excellent example of That. And it just seemed so fitting that was how they First gave the impression of John Chisum, who actually was an American Icon of the Late 1800s American West. This Film was a Stellar and just Outstanding Picture. Thank You for just the Theme Song. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲.

An excellent movie,although filled with historical inaccuracies.John Wayne might have gotten an Oscar nomination for this had he not won for True Grit a year before.
I absolutely LOVE this movie! Sunday afternoons spent with my dad after lunch in a restaurant, I’d pick a video to watch, and invariably, I’d choose this one! And fall asleep on my dad not long after the start, leaving him with me asleep on him for the umpteenth Sunday afternoon watching the same thing! Miss those days (and as it’ll be 20 years this year since I lost him, I miss him too!) 😢

Nice video until the end. John Wayne was never a great actor. All his movies, John Wayne played John Wayne. He did nothing to earn an oscar for this. However, what really got me was the "Great Patriot" comment. John Wayne never served in WWII, even though he could have. He was a white supremacy, help started the John Birch society, he took part and help Sen. Mccarthy with his witch hunt. While I enjoy most of his movies, I'm not blinded by them as to what John Wayne was like in "real life".

O filme e ótimo sim, é un dos melhores filmes de faroeste.
