Cacio e pepe
Pasta Cacio e pepe (pasta with cheese and pepper)
1) Boil water adding a teaspoon of salt.
2) Start cooking pasta according to directions.
3) Grind about 1-2 teaspoons of black peppercorns into a pan and saute for 2 minutes (no oil or butter). Set aside until pasta is cooked.
4) Add pasta to the peppercorns.
5) Add about 1/3 cup of the pasta water
6) Add about 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
7) Stir to mix and fully coat the pasta.
8) If sauce is too watery, add more cheese. If sauce is too thick, add more pasta water.
9) Plate the pasta. Top with more parmesan if desired.

    hello! I'm making zucchini soup, too!..mine has no eggs, no meat...just onions, celery, zucchini, & green pepper...sounds kinda boring compared to yours, but no meatballs on hand🤷! sounds delish! next time i make meatballs.ill reserve a few!❤.

    That looks delicious! I had the same style fish cooked over open coals while I was in Croatia last year. The chef had a two sided grill attached to a pole. He laid the grill on the coals and turned it a couple of times, managing the coal temperature with a sprayer filled with water. It was delicious but I made a mess eating it. I needed instructions like yours! :-)

    This looks great! When I'm being lazy I poach eggs in tomato sauce adding zucchini and making it a soup would be a great way to mix it up a little
