Interesting Video, although a bit contradictory to Jesus's teaching. Jesus lived and indeed welcomed people to come close, he did not isolate behind walls. He sent the disciples to go out into the world and spread the "good word" NOT HIDE in a tomb of stones and mortar. Also, women are excluded here. Did Not Jesus welcome ALL? His closest disciple was a woman, Mary Magdalene. An informative piece. I would love to go to such an ideal place of solitude and self-reflection. However, I have my doubts about this lifestyle. Christ saved people among the masses. He didn't isolate himself. I may be missing something, but I wonder if these monks go out and serve humanity in the real world of the suffering? Isn't that where Christ's spirit resides?

It's funny how many of the comments/replies here on CZcams have nothing to do with the actual video on which they are supposed to be commenting. I believe there is no point commenting on the content of videos such as this... we're supposed to comment on the video itself, not about the subject matter of the video.

The narrator has a very strong accent/speech impediment; for a "language-nerd" like me, that can be very distracting, but I'm glad that someone took the time to narrate this film in English... obviously a work of love.

I want to bring this Holy Faith to everyone I know, because I want them to have the peace and joy that Jesus Christ has given me since I discovered this Holy Church. Afterall, it's His Holy Church, and He made it possible for me to be truly converted to His way of thinking. I've got a long way to go, but I love this journey I'm taking, because it makes me see things in a much more positive way. He also gives me hope that I didn't have before during my years as an outsider and later on, a Protestant. I was a mess! In fact, one of my Greek friends used to call me the "raging Protestant." I have to chuckle every time I think of that, because I certainly didn't know how to "see" things any other way than what was in the Bible, and even that was skewed. I knew I was missing so much, and I also knew I wouldn't be able to find the answers I needed in my former background.
