实际上很多是不允许的，但是要看有些房东愿意接受，也是房东不愿意接受，但大部分三个月的确实是比较少一点点，而且通常要的租金也比较高，可能押金也会多收因为三个月对房东的风险来说确实比较高

Let say if I put in subsale now 950k+ vs new about let say 950k too...is that possible price increase to 1.1M or 1.2M in next 5 years? Still surveying on this which is better option. And Q3 little more unit 530+ compare to Q1/2 but off course new building later.. Btw Mezzo is new but I little bit doubt on the daily traffic in The light city not sure if is good for residence as plenty of big convention centre/art exhibition/Airbnb/big shopping mall just next of it. Not to mention even traffic now is quite heavy & development quite near to highway too. Queens got shopping mall too but just little bit short distance away.
