Hi Julie, re cooking chicken stock, I also use my IP but pressure cook for only 45 minutes then natural release - it so much quicker and tastes amazing.

I also do chicken/bone broth in the instant pot but when you pressurize it, it only takes a few hours instead of the 24.

Soy sauce and butter are a very nice combination. You can sauté broccoli, peas, carrots or other veggies in a neutral oil and add butter and soy sauce when the vegetables are almost done. You can even add a little soy sauce to buttered pasta.
