They do stop at a few stations I think the nearest to Witham a 745 or 755 would stop would be Colchester and going towards London would probably be Stratford

Yes it’s great, loved it, would recommend and go again, but don’t sit upstairs at the front of the bus on a hot day because on a hot day you cannot open the front windows they have been sealed shut and it got very warm. 👍

Yes I read about the last trains from Holborn and Ongar, it would have been a very difficult decision for me. Was the speed restriction due to power supply? As for the speed the trains on Epping & Ongar Railway are limited to 25mph. Thanks for watching 👀 👍

Hi, I don’t know Chris, that was the first time we had met him. He pointed out some interesting stuff on the railway. Thanks for watching 👍

@kingwolfgaming4774 I've known him for about 20 years and he was a strike breaker in the 1980 railway strikes he left the railway to join the post office and then came back on the railway mid to late 80s as a driver at Stratford he didn't do well at driving so he became an inspector and nearly got sacked. He moved to Ilford depot in the early 90s and had a poor reception from the drivers there. He wouldn't issue ppe personal protective equipment unless threatened by the union. He would make a point that if you upset him, he would make any excuse to discipline you. He had 3 mental breakdowns once in front of me. He cried like a child because he didn't get promoted to depot manager. I did a mental health awareness course and told him in front of other managers that he has psychological issues. He was then moved to Gidea Park depot. I recommended that he retired. He retired and ended up on the Ongar railway, where he caused trouble and made people leave. I'm surprised that he is still there

I know what you mean, I wouldn’t mind living in one of those. There is a temporary speed restriction past Blake Hall at the moment, so the trains do pass a little slower.

It’s one of our favourite class 20’s now, we also think it’s a great heritage line, it’s a shame that you cannot get onto it from Epping tube station. Thanks for watching 👀 it’s much appreciated 👍

Class 20’s are great 👍 yes occasionally there is other locos visiting. There is also diesel & steam galas. My son and me are currently helping out on a class 45 so hopefully that will be running soon too. 👍
