Yikes! I see major red flags here! I’d consult an eye doctor BEFORE using this product, not after! I’d appreciated if you’d had an eye doctor as your guest here. One big problem: eye drs typically warn against manually rubbing your eyes the way you demonstrated here; that seems too much pressure on the eyeball; stimulate Meibomian glands needs to be done with extreme care & with training from an eye specialist. Another question: air compression..? Is there air blowing at your eyes? I would think that dries your eyes, the opposite of the intended effect. I’d suggest watching credentialed eye doctor’s videos on dry eyes, & consulting with your doctor, rather than relying on physical therapists for dry eye issues. I watched one eye dr warning against putting much pressure directly on the cornea at all, especially after applying heat since warmth can make the already-pliable cornea even softer, possibly leading to a condition called keratoconus.

Had cataract surgery a year ago, could I use this?

Is it advisable to take a day off in a week from physical therapy exercises ? Say for shoulders? Would that prevent overuse and aid recovery?

I have the ELLIPSE by LegXersize. It’s around $250-$260+ tax. It has a handle & comes w/ a mat. It’s sturdy, yet not too heavy. It’s a motorized seated ellipse machine. I absolutely LOVE MINE! Especially if you’re trying to rehabilitate your legs or back. I feel the burn all the way up to my low-mid back! The price is worth every penny!!

There are very few conditions which would be harmed by percussion massagers. Compressed spine, bulging disk you want to be careful and if your joint is an issue, stick to the muscles around and not the joint cos it can inflame. Obviously you shouldn't massage any bruised or swollen muscles. High frequency will go surface, low frequency deeper. There's your training. Enjoy.

I know this is an old video, but none of these work for me. Why don’t they sell ones where the guts inside the pillow adjust with a hard bar? Like the ones that are in some cars. My next car will definitely have told feature. My husbands car has it, and it’s a very firm rod of some sort. It stays in place unlike a pillow that never stays in place for a long trip. Have they made one similar to what cars have? If so, I would love to buy one. I feel it would have to be taller, and possibly have a seat cushion attached, so that it would stay in place better.

This works great. I bought one using my HSA card.

I'm in bad shape. Apparently some of my oil ducts have clogged and died. Now I'm paying 1400.00 to my eye doctor for 4 cleanings where I did with heat on eyes 20 min, then she manually expresses glands and then scrubs them with brush. Going to try the massager. Really great idea! Thank you!

This is exactly what my doctor suggested for my chronic dry eyes. I paid $30 for a rice bag/microwave type thing which is basically crap and I hate using it. I’m ordering this today!

I bought a similar version years ago and promptly threw it away because it put too much pressure on my eyeballs. Please consult an ophthalmologist about this, I don’t trust it. Otherwise I like you guys.
