Nissan Maxima weird electrical problem

So this hand brake has been controlling my entire dash speed light and indicator, if I habe it down all the odometer light is out. If I pull the brake up odo light come on, I'm done everything in the book from 2 new belts to 2 new alternator, all fuses and relay inspected and even new ipdm installed. For the life of me idk what the fuck else to do. Pls to rest of my car family gimme an input

can u find one for a nissan altima 05 3.5 se knock sensor i can’t find the part to the black plug
My car kicks the gears hard and sometimes it doesn't want to back up the gears I stop at a light and it stays in the fifth gear I have to turn it off to get it to go back to the first gear from park to reverse It also hits the transmission hard.
The 5th gear is a limp mode. Replace the crank, bank 1 cam, and bank 2 cam position sensors (only use OEM, cheap ones don’t work). Replace one at a time if you want to see which one fixes it.
Hi ? Do u have to do a ecu relearn after replacing knock sensor and can I put neg & pos battery cable together to drain ecu to relearn
Due remember to cover the intake ports with a shop rag, save yourself extra work.

Im having engine hesitation and i have a little tick i barely did my timing chain it still sounded like that so i was thing the knock sensor or the intake manifold actuator

To be honest with you, the Maxima is a terrible car. They are powerful at first but the oil issue on both transmission and engine made me switch to SRT charger. I donated this car.

Can you make a video on bank 2 knock sensor? Apparently that’s what’s throwing a code on mine according to my mechanic. But I see nothing on the other knock sensor.

All these V6 engines are an expensive money pit to work on regardless of the brand. 4 bangers are much easier and less labor.
Brake wire is not grounded or is exposed and touching dash wire
I drive a SRT charger now I'm done with the money pit V6 trim nissans
Take off the plastic housing around your e brake follow the wiring to start look fit broken open wire

@@CharlesWilson-oz8ys bro, you are quick on replying! I appreciate for that!! It all happened when my car stalled on freeway. After it stalled, the starter went out, so I replaced it. And so it would start, but it won't go pass 40mph. Driving around here on the block seems to be fine, no stalling or idling issues it just stay on limp mode. Also, no engine lights on but scanner with oem enhanced detected p0328. Any idea to help a fellow out? Much appreciated!!!
@@williamapple6538 sure. A p0328 will mean one or two things, your knock sensor is gone or the wire that plugs into it. This video has a part one. If u follow the details you will do it yourself. I mentioned the tools needed, and if u get stuck btw just lemme know. But first get u a knock sensor and the start watching this video from part one. The problem u have is the knock sensor and our engines don't like knocking sounds

Update i dont have the maxima no more sadly lol. It had a oil leak in seals and near the timing cover so i ended up trading it instead of rebuilding the engine since it was cheaper to do that lol. But like the car i have now

@@CharlesWilson-oz8ys yea like nearly 3 years with no major issues they said more than like from the age and since I live in New England that's why it happened but I have a 2008 toyota Avalon so I have the equivalent if not more more power now pulls like a boss

Madd Maxx I installed a supercharger, and then upgraded my shitty shifting tranny, and took all the exhaust off completely from headers to resonator to catalytic converters and mufflers and went straight free flow. I've been hanging with Srt8 but the scatpack beats me cus 3.5 VS can't handle but so much
Charles Wilson lol oh yea the famous tranny. I plan on beefing mine up next year. I love the power is puts out for a stock car. I've had so far for a year and half no issues. Biggest problem was camshaft sensor(40$) and power steering(150).

Charles Wilson my boss at my job owns a dealership too so he gets like 50% off for his parts for cars ans he didn't charge me to put it in. Yea im more than like gonna take it to get fully serviced next year cuz want to refurnish it i love lot though. I had a 2003 camry and i had 3times as many problems than i did with my nissan
