Sometimes I think that this whole idea that your wife or gf is your "soul mate" is a huge stupid mistake. The reason is that you get this idea of a closeness that actually doesn't exist. And then when you understand how negative they can be it has this route into you, and how you feel about you. It's not real. So you don't need to feel that way. Just because this woman is giving you a bunch of crap, doesn't mean that any of it is real . You can stay calm.

This has been my daily mantra and it has been an amazing video to help me when someone told me they will never forgive me and too many lines have been crossed. I am embracing the stoic life forever!!!!

Sounds easy to bulid that strength but in practicality was too hard. Now a days if you DO NOT throw/give it back the negative person will keep gettting stronger, take you granted, will insult you more and more until you give up. Is not it?

Do what it says. 23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. 25 But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it-not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it-they will be blessed in what they do.
