A Higher Sense Of Self
If you were able to experience even more of a higher sense of self, of connection, of inner peace, what would that look like? How would you feel? How might your life change?
I asked myself these questions quite a few years ago yet only over the past two years have I really accelerated this questioning.
Before I fully embrace anything I have to find meaning.
The process I followed was:
• Define Self - what is that to me?
• Understand what I mean by an even higher sense?
• Believe that there is a purpose to this, what is my reason, my why?
• Do I have any expectation and how will I know when I get there?
I am laughing now. I focused on retrospective thinking, inner healing, child healing, and detachment. What I discovered in the process was:
• The Self that I have gotten to know is malleable and undefinable.
• Even higher no longer mattered, it became even more open, more heart, more compassion.
• The only purpose that mattered is to show up clearer and tap into the wisdom available to everyone.
• There is no getting “there.” I am always a work in progress.
Think of the universe, the universal mind, God-energy as an open-source network. I simply need the key words that tap into the information I am seeking. Even better, I simply need to tap into the key energy to access all the information I desire.
It is fun, it is joy, it is a game with a skill of letting go and trusting that is the “secret” for me.
It is playing the game of life experientially where I tap into a higher sense of Self and discover how to take aligned action for me. This game is full of experiences, and I get to choose my energetic frequency in response.
For me, next level living is how I navigate my experiences.

😂 What I see here is a person who never showed up. Your kids will see exactly who you are. You just keep making up lies and telling yourself and everyone else around you all these lies. All you are in it for is your own benefit and whatever serves your purpose. You are all about core values- but you have no core values- cheating- with many many different woman… You create the bull shit you make. I can’t believe you actually think you’re reality that you live in exists… You’re ex-wife was so blessed and beautiful and thank god she does not have to deal with the pure nonsense that you make up and create. It’s comical. Keep telling yourself and others that this relationship with Your new girl - was mutual- and that your ex- wife knew about it. She didn’t! This was all on you! You set this up- betrayal - you’re a joke.

I can't understand her with the strong dialect ..
I imagine this is tough. Basically, in the past, she was a hoarder and discovered there were underlying reasons why she had to hang on to things. Uncluttering, re-organizing, purging are all physical things we can do to help clear where we live, allowing us the ability to clear how we respond to our life.
She has an accent and does not use appropiate English grammar, but listen paciently. Most English speakers are too pampered and have no pacient with other people....But listen..
