Nowadays, at least in most parts of the US, they ask for the address immediately because they'll send police because they can respond faster most of the time, they also call in "Fire" if there are injuries. I'm not sure how it is in Canada, but in many parts of the US, the EMS and Fire are like one dept; some firehouses even have an ambulance on standby in the garage. Firefighters are trained in first aid and most are also trained for stabilizing critical injuries until EMS arrives. I guess my point is: location is the first thing to ask for. Still a very good example of a perfect 911 call.
