I still need to set the squish gap on it. and check the ignition timing. it still feels like it needs more fuel. even after swapping from the stock 60 something jet up to a 80. I've torn the engine back apart to check the port timing and adjust.

I welded steel rod to the bottom of the frame and switched out the wheels and handlebars. now I need to figure out the rear sprocket and brake. engine is being worked on more for more power.

I want to get a half link chain, do you recommend getting one? I hate tensioners. Headlight looks cool, I like big headlights
Yes get a 1/2x1/8 bmx chain way lighter and runs a lot smoother even with a little extra slack. Thanks for watching
I just bought the sealed basket on Amazon. I ordered also a 6809-2RS bearing and plan on removing the metal shield from the basket and pressing the 2RS seal into it. This allows me to grease. 2RS/RS seals better than Z/ZZ (no grease splurging out) This is what I can't figure out... 1) Is it an actual sealed bearing pressed onto the back plate? or is it just a shield to protect it? 2) My buddy sent me a video of him removing the basket itself and putting it back on. What prevents the basket from spinning off the plate? Only thing I can think of is the flower nut.

nice bike just ,some constructive criticism man.. your pedal chain is a half link and theyre directional and its bckwards but besides that looks bad ass brotha keep it twisted!!!
Hey thanks I accidentally put it back on the frame backwards after paint. I'll eventually fix it. I don't do too much pedaling on it anyways.

How big is the headlight and does it work
It does work. I think it's 6". I went with a 6" light bar instead.

@@SamZStuff thanks I got a Schwinn touring bike and it's my dad's my friend is basically rebuilding it and putting a 2 stroke motor and he said he got the light and I'm like wanting it to look like a old 1910 motorcycle lol but o well lol

Nice bike Sam, not sure exactly where your from, but I moved from up North to Texas, never regretted trading 9 months of Winter and 3 of Summer for the beauriful 9 Summerlike months and barely 3 months of having to wear jeans instead of shorts in case it gets below 60 or something cold like that...js
I've considered moving somewhere warmer. But I love fishing so the land of ten thousand lakes is hard to move away from.

That doesn't look like 47 mph....just sayin......I've got a 32t rear and a 10t front sprocket and it Flatlines at 35...when I had a 28t on the rear it hit 40 but didn't have any takeoff....and I didnt have the fatty pipe then....but I have the same exact mags....bikes a lil different tho....oh btw I ain't tryin to talk sh#t....sorry if it sounds that way
No problem man. I'm just going by what the gps said on my phone. I also feel like the videos doesn't look like it's going that fast. But I'm like 90% shure the gps is correct within a few mph at least. I'm thinking it doesn't look the part because everything is so far away from the road. I have a 11 tooth front and 28 tooth rear on a 20" wheel and it's a screaming. Thanks for watching 🤘
