I'm pretty optimistic that red line will be completed by 2034-35 along with orange line and grey line whose work will commence by year end or by early 2025 and maybe these two lines will be completed by 2028-29 if deadlines aren't missed!!

Question is why would you need a maglev bullet train?? An expensive to maintain and operate. China is already facing a crisis because of bullet trains. Alternate way of going about is improve current trains to run as High Speed rail, improve tracks and improve signaling. We can push normal train to max avg speed to 250 kmph. And if it is ambition that's all about, invest heavily in R&D for hyperloop trains. That's the future.
