Welcome to Simple Tutorials for Embedded Systems CZcams Channel!
Unfortunately I do not post new content on this channel anymore. I have moved away from tutorial and conceptual type of FPGA videos (If I do decide to make any content like this, I will continue posting). I want to have fun while creating my content and I'd like yo have fun watching them! Thus, I now create Software Engineering videos instead that are more aimed towards being entertaining and hopefully somewhat educational! Thank you for your support! You can see my new channel here: czcams.com/users/GreidiAjalik

My dissertation involves implementing the Ascon algorithm on the Artix7 and Spartan7 FPGA boards using Verilog. How come I'm seeing these tutorials now?!!
I found an Engineering Optics textbook and it was one of the coolest textbooks ever. And its where I heard about these😊
I am a beginner in FPGA. I need to make an interface between an analog ASIC board and FPGA board using PMod AD1. But do not know where to start and what are the points I need to take care. Would appreciate if you make a video on this. I need to process a low frequency ECG signal from the ASIC board to the FPGA board.

Great video 🎉
Clear and straight to the point! Thank you!
can you write a code for me where I can load to bitstream, I've Basys2 FPGA Spartan 3e, xcf02s platform flash. it supports multiboot. I can't find anywhere, even chatgpt is unable to write code.
I like the freedom that FPGA gives in lab work, other than searching through numerous devices I need
Your awesome man you should make more videos about this!
This guy looks like an adult version of Iain Armitage(Young Sheldon)
I want to build crypto mining software for FPGA (is there a code base you'd recommend?)
Doing it ,out of curiosity
I don't know what this is. I know it's not accounting it's not engineering it's not economics it's not biology. I don't know what this is
pls fpga senior project 😢😢😢
Down to earth person
Grady - are you happy for me to link/repost your videos on my LinkedIn page? Aimed at encouraging young people into STEM careers… Kind regards John
Is control systems easier?
how can I contact you
excellent , good job
my board is not able to auto connect. im getting this error: ERROR: [Labtools 27-2269] No devices detected on target localhost:3121/xilinx_tcf/Digilent/210274532241A. Check cable connectivity and that the target board is powered up then use the disconnect_hw_server and connect_hw_server to re-register this hardware target. ERROR: [Common 17-39] 'open_hw_target' failed due to earlier errors.
Thank you on this rocking video!

FPGAs are great! Thank you!
Hi
Hi
1:17 so satisfying :D
in the always block (the counter on the posedge of the clock), does the system just know to automatically spread-out the counting so that it is evenly spread out over the high period of the clock? Or does it not work that way? Is it incrementing the counter once per clock posedge detection, or is it doing all the counting at once at each posedge detection? How come it doesn't just 'count too fast' and then not do anything?
Hi I am trying to install STM32 Cube IDE on Amazon linux EC2 machine. But I am getting disk space not available as error. Please help here
I got a weird "JTAG device index = 0) is programmed with a design that has no supported debug core(s) in it." message, but the switch still turns on the LED, so I think I'm good. Thank you for breaking this down so that I can understand!
After quite a few trials and errors I was able to create a bit stream for my board :). LED is ON/OFF for ~30 seconds though, hmmm!
I have many mining boards and want to develop new bitstreams for coins what videos should I watch?
can I program Altera FPGA/SoC Development Boards using this software?
This is so helpful!!! Thank you…just trying to understand what is said at the end when you said a computer is not an embedded system because it is general and you can have many ___ and you can create ____ sounds like “soft design” am I correct?
Great tutorial
Do you have a full course for this?
Best explanation of Logic Gates out there. Most videos stops at the truth tables level without showing the transistor schematics, but thanks to them you can really grasp the real thing occurring inside the processor, awesome series, well done!
Cool! Very different in concept than power switching design where a pull up / pull down resistor plus one switchmode device can be used to give a definite state to an output. I've tried reading up without too much success on why pull up / pull down reisistors (or even resistor buffered by an nFET or pFET) and why diodes putting 2 inputs into one pFET to create a resistor-less bias isn't used.
Can you repost the link to the master .xdc file? The link in the description does not work anymore.
Impossible to follow with the annoying music.
