Interesting, however I need to advise you that the protea from South Africa will not grow indoors. I am living in SA and protea plants in my garden. In SA we call the protea species "fynbos". Very sensitive pla ts and once planted ther do not want to be disturbed. Refrain from working in the dirt around it. they also require heat and full sun at all times. So I am afraid your plant is not going to florist in your setup. J

I didn’t know it was taboo to talk about money in France.
Looking forward to the renovation of the big house in a couple of years ! I also find that the “châtelet” is a huge plus on the estate , it is very fortunate that the previous owners’ plans to knock it down didn’t go through .

This place was definitely meant to be yours. For those who believe in past lives, we can say that they could have already lived in this or another castle. Curious to see the future renovations.
