I’m laughing. I just finished ordering the removal tool. I really want to get started with this project and I do not want to damage the flange. I’m going to start with chasing out the ignition switch, (my steering wheel is in the locked Position.) key turns, car starts. I know, crazy huh? (14pin) If that fails, then the lock cylinder . Hey buddy I have ignition issue. The usual turn key no ignition comes on then the key does not work the central locking etc.. I have to sit and turn the key and pull it out like repeatedly until I get it turned on then cannot turn the van off or I will have to do the same thing again. I have had the same problem with my 639 so I no the deal. Can I send my ignition. Off for you to fix. I have it booked in at mercedes but I am worried about the price. Thanks for the video. On a professional scanner The code it throws is U103D-88. Communication with the chassis can bus 2 has malfunction. Is this due to the ignition it comes under the ignition on the scanning list. Also would the ignition having a fault cause other errors with the van?

had this e250 lucky it was off when went saves a lot of time no need to strip it all down just get new esl and green key from dealer will need id and reg docments

my dash lights come on but don't crank. starts after 3 or 4 times. would this be the eic issue?
