3 Hours of Original Resident Evil 2 RPD Music and Ambience
So this is the first of my "supermix" videos. I made it as seamless as possible to avoid distractions, so you can study, work or heck, even sleep to it as some of you do :)
Note that there are a few places where there were no music at all so I filled it with whatever fits better. Also I used a moth theme in chief Iron's secret dungeon because it fits well there imo and helps the vibe.
There will be more supermix videos like this, just note that it takes surprisingly LOTS of work and precious time to do even if it may not look it would.

all cut scenes are automatically recorded except for numbers: 7, 9, 12,15 and 25. This is because they can be missed. Easily missed music tracks: 1-9: Default 10: The music from the noodle restaurant across from Suzume park 11: The music from (Rapis) the fortune teller 12: Bob's Pizza 13: Abu candy store 14: Slot House 15: Tomato Mart 18: Rest stop at the harbor (Tomato Mart 2) 30 - 32: X-mas music (all 3 will be obtained after a certain date near X-mas)
How similar is the RPD's layout in the remake to this version?
@@maxmahoney2932 West is basically the same with some changes as to how you access these areas, but the east was reimagined a lot

@@maxmahoney2932 Corridors are a bit different, also they moved some rooms to basement. But the main difference was in main hall, it has only 2 floors and overall exit to sewers is located under it

Fantastic work with these ambience videos. Those high quality backgrounds... are they from a mod, hd project or sth?
@@SurvivalSpheres Thanks. These are ai upscaled backgrounds by RESHD team. This is the way I play re games on my pc. Adding some reshade shaders to them and they look almost like modern games. The hardest thing to do was to sort these background, because they were all shuffled in one folder with random names without any order. Took hours to sort them. Another challenge was to loop them without clicks, but most of the time just a simple crossfade solved it for me. Oh yeah and some of the music can't be found anywhere but in the game and pretty low quality unfortunately. So yeah, it's not that hard, but sure is time consuming 🫣

ugh I can't get enough. this video achieved it's goal, I'm swimming in nostalgia. just an impeccable soundtrack. this and original RE2 are so far ahead of everything else in the series it's really amazing. I actually got jolted a bit when Nemesis said S.T.A.R.S at 31:33 with headphones on hah
Hey the area in re2 that you only go to in B scenario. Maybe only with Leon I think. It has the steam release sound every so often. There's a little elevator and a save box and you move boxes. There's no music but I really like those sounds for sleeping. Just a suggestion. Also the room with the lava bubbling. There's a licker. Like those sounds too 👍👍
