A simpler way is just to grab some toilet paper in your hand and try and catch some of the poop on its way down. You only a small amount of it on the paper for a sample.

I have 3 tubes do I have to put stool in all 3?

Here's how you do it. You sit on the toilet. Get some toilet paper in your hand. Sht onto the paper directly. Stand up and use the paper to break the piece of sht in half Drop one half in the toilet. Push the other half onto the top of your container tube Use cotton wipes to slowly push the sht into the container It will take all your will power to get through this. It is absolutely disgusting. The worst act I've ever done. Then visit your local GP surgery and hand it over in a clear envelope to the receptionist, who will place it next to her in a visible plastic tub for everybody to see.

Funny because it's not going to happen. They send me a kit every year. Right in the trash.
