Best show ever!! Was across from the beach in Ft. Lauderdale... Forbidden, Testament, and Death Angel. So much so, the police came and pulled everyone outtta the club, turns out some doofus sprayed mace inside the pit, and was NOT COOL.. everyone jumped in the ocean. Epic!

Not Russ.. he is the best singer in Trash Metal.. however Skinner is fuckin badass as well.. some big ass shoes to fill and He is doing it well.. never thought we would get FORBIDDEN Back .. but here We fuckin Go.. FORBIDDEN 2024 !!!!!!

First time I heard the debut album "Forbidden Evil" it was instantly one of the greatest metal albums I'd ever heard, listened to it today for the first time in about 6 months (usually listen to it more often) and it's still just so killer! The whole album is chock full of riffs that still blow me away, all the guitar work that astonished me back in 1989 is still equally bad ass, love it! I bought "Twisted Into Form" the day it came out and within a few listens it had become one of my favorite metal album of all-time...if I was forced to name my top 5 metal albums, 'Twisted' is still in there. I became a massive Tim Calvert fan 😥 loved his style, phrasing, vibrato and overall technical prowess. Big fan of Craig's leads on those first two albums as well, much more melodic on 'Twisted' but really showed his own excellent phrasing and vibrato, his solo on the title track was always a favorite...especially those ascending and descending runs that end the solo, really rad stuff!

...but its not a reunion....😂😂😂

Russ Anderson is one of the most underrated and not talked about enough vocalist’s off our time. Including this absurdly underrated band. I mean come on. I first got this video on VHS. It was one of many bands playing at this festival with the likes of Death, Coven, Celtic Frost. I highly suggest everyone to watch the whole shit and caboodle of this video with all its glory from everyone of the bands in it. You won’t be disappointed🫡
