I was in Minnesota fishing for anything and I throw out my bobber with a Zman baby goat to see what happens and soon enough a bowfin takes the bait and I though it was a giant pike cause it fought so hard.

The first bowfin I ever caught was by accident. I was fishing with a friend and threw out a minnow on a bobber going for a bass or crappie. 20 minutes go by and I notice my bobber slightly under the surface. Pulled in a bowfin that was just shy of 10 pounds.

I was fishing this weekend at my local creek down the road and I saw this rainbow trout dead on the side with a hook and rope tied all around it. Made me sad. I also saw one dead stuck in between rocks under the bridge. 😢

Yeah if you take it through a bug in the water you seen flopping around and s*** he don't just start swimming across the water so when you throw that bait out there man you didn't shake the end of your garage s*** but you look like he's struggling

I hate when my buddies won’t go fishing because of the weather. I’m always fishing even when it’s the first snow or when it’s hailing.

Those are about the only days I fish! Them Bluebird sunny days... you can leave them for the sun bunnies😂😂
