I remember that whatever loud noises I hear as a kid (fireworks, thunder, loud banging, etc), I would always go to my parents room when I was scared to sleep alone…Luckily my parents didn’t mind me sleeping in their room for a while, they would always hug me in their arms till I went to sleep not hearing the loud noises (They still check up on me once it’s that time of year for thunder and fireworks since I’m still afraid of them and know that I’m sensitive to loud noises😭😢). So watching this episode of Mafuyu getting scared and Her dad checking up on her and comforting her made me cry…😿

yall are way too judgemental with mafumom. ofc im not excusing her but some of you are way too drastic. i stopped playing pjsk a few months ago but watching the story, i like how its guided, and i like how it depicts not an evil, villanized mother, but a mother that has made an enormous mistake, and that probably thought she was doing the best for her daughter. i hope she finally comes to undersand mafuyu one day.

Mafuyu finally did it, I'm so proud! I'm glad her dad understood everything and didn't blame Mafuyu, we got to see her really smile because of that, yay!!!! Also the moment we have been awaiting for with Mizuki is coming... I don't know wheter to be excited or scared. But, I would like it if Ena gets the wrong info from someone else, causing Mizuki to get withdrawn from her but Mafuyu tells Mizuki their own advice and pushes Mizuki to listen to Ena again while Ena ends up getting a new insight by talking to An and Rui who are the only two at Kamiya who understand Mizuki as of right now and comes to fully accept Mizuki.

Before this we never really got to see how Mafu’s dad is like and I was really worried like what if he’ll take his wife’s side and like neglects Mafuyu? But seeing how he genuinely cares about Mafuyu’s well being and trying to understand and help her feel better about her current situation, I cannot be more relieved. I’m glad that Mafuyu has at least her father who cares about her in her family. Honestly, all fathers should try to be more involved in their daughter’s life like Mafu dad is. Low key jealous of how present Mafu dad is in his daughter’s life, but am glad for Mafuyu.

このストーリーでまふゆは父親にまふゆ自身の溜め込んでいたモノを全てをさらけ出したんだろうな

うちのオカン見てるみたいでバチくそしんどいんだが…これはキツい。 まふゆは変な罪悪感に縛られない為にも、もう実家には帰らない方がいいし…できたら関わらん方がいいよ。お母さんがまふゆの気持ちわかんないのはもう仕方ないし、なんならまふゆママの育った環境にも根本的な原因あるかもしれないし。。その場合って善悪とかじゃなくてもう本当「仕方ない」でしかないから…。毒親もなりたくてなってるわけじゃないだろうし、自分は子供を心底愛してるって信じて疑わんからね。エゴか愛情か自分で区別できんのよ。うちの親と一緒。 ただ、母親なりの「愛情」だとしても、まふゆがあんなに苦しんでたのも揺るがない事実なわけで。それもまた善悪というより、母親の提示する価値観が、やり方が、まふゆには合わなかった。苦しかった。母親とまふゆは同じ人間じゃないから、感覚や価値観が一致してなくても当たり前だし仕方ない。 でも、どちらも「仕方ない」だったとしても、母親と一緒にいたらまたまふゆは、自分の感情が間違ってるって自分を責めちゃいそうだし、、、 まふゆママ、娘が家を出て、しかもストレスで味覚障害まで起きてたって知ってもなお、自分のやり方に従った方が幸せだって信じて疑わず、理解させようとしてるんだもん…望みないよ。 もうこの機会に家から離れるのがベスト。家帰っても泥沼だって…
