Why wasn't a representative of the Union in the meeting with the TFTs when they were laid off? They were given a lot of misinformation - they were told it was a 30 day layoff, they were told that they lose their time after 30 days, they were also told they don't get supp pay.

Why does Ford keep adding salary people but hourly keeps getting cut? We have more salary people in LAP than I have ever seen in my 24 years here. And they seriously wonder why new hires do not return from lunch? For those of you working on the line, PLEASE read Article 4, Section 4 of your local contract! If you are getting work added to you, you can make this work in your favor.

The company is putting more work on us, make them work just as hard. Smart plan B!!!

Hello all. Thank you for the update, Brandon. Quick question, it was worded that 12 apprentices were allocated. Are these apprentices coming off the 2016 apprenticeship wait list? Additionally, are we hiring any new skilled trades off the street? Seems our IRCP list has stalled out at 1998 Seniority. While KTP is blasting through there list and are currently on 2013 seniority.

So this 11% raise has you still 6% under your purchase power of your income where you were 4 years ago. Let's just call a spade a spade. The Government is not your friend. Your local 862 uses your dues to support this unfriendly Government.
