When we made this video a few years ago (actually it was the 3rd video we ever made), we assumed most users knew how to setup the midi pedal in Bias FX2 (boy were we wrong). If you’re using a PC with windows you will need additional software to connect using Bluetooth. We avoid Bluetooth because it is not reliable during performance. Hello @nicholasteohmanhin, thank you for reaching out to us with your issue. In order to assist you we need to know what you are using as a midi interface. If you are using a USB to Midi cable the only one known to be consistent is the Roland Um-One Mkii USB to Midi cable. The cheaper ones you find online are not capable of sending the large data packets required by the FCB1010. Please let us know what you are using. Guitar School Live

Hello @stevepackwood667, thank you for reaching out to us with your question. What you’re experincing is common among people new to midi. PC (Program Change) messages start at 0 (zero) and go to 127 unlike CC (Control Change) messages that start at 1 and go to 128. If you want to go to preset 1 you must enter 0.; for 2 enter 1, and so on. You will always enter 1 less than the preset you want to go to. Some amp sims and hardware units have PC Offset which fixes that. I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out to us again if you need more assistance. @@guitarschoollive in the editor, 0:1 is 3 (for PC1) but when I hit pedal 1 it doesn't go to preset 3, it goes to preset 1. pedal 2 goes to preset 2 and not 8 like in the editor
