I live (and cycle) in Portugal so it was really interesting to see all the places you passed through. I used to do a lot of rides with friends here and the best thing is always the banter and when things go horribly wrong. You captured that really well. Singing on the bike, wanting to give up, eating crap food, only to do it all over again.

I watched this several times, something about it just resonates with me.

I have started swimming in the Leman lake near Geneva in Jan 2023 and this has done so much to my mental calmess and my slow breathing. I swim 10mins max in very cold water now (below 7 degres) and it is fantastic meditation

I loved seeing the waterline showing when it’s moving to the top and pass the top from the bottom going all the way underwater even after seeing the waterline move to the bottom from top a couple times, and moving halfway underwater and then seeing the waterline move and pass the top going all the way underwater when that woman was swimming! Underwater is so beautiful! I also loved hearing underwater sounds every time I’m underwater!🦈🥰🐟🐬👍🌊😘💧💦😊💕❤️🐳👙🐋

Beautiful calmimg video. I hate cold water showers, find them really difficult as the water isnt comstant - but cold water plunge pools I love. Not one near me at local gym so i do cold baths. Im cautious about wild swimming as immunocompromised so riskier. But would love too. Cold water gives you a sense of mental strenth for doing it as well as all the physical effects. BUT - top tip please don't go wild swimming alone unless (or honestly even if) you're very experienced especially if its colder water or tides. And get medic advice if immunocompromised too.

Laura, do it without the wet suit and hat. You will get much more out of it. I am 74 and started three years ago. Same climate as yours. Ocean and lakes, year around but no wet suit. I dive under. Also, if you go for three months on the lion or carnivore diet, you will heal completely.

Not that it matter and he certainly wouldn't mind.... just saying, there's a LOT more to learn about why this works and how amazing it is for mind, body and heart! All scientifically tested and explained too!

For people outside Malaysia, this video is what we call a rojak video. The sequence shots of the places are not in order. Even the sounds dont match the event potrayed. This might look good for you guys. But for us natives.. -facepalm. Haha. But good try, please do better next time.
