if everyday you go out from the apartment before 9 am and come back after 7 pm, then there will be no problem for you since nobody cares enough to check for the tenant after working hour. or if you just sleep in the dorm the whole day, you will be safe too.

It’s sad but annoying too. He was deported from the states after a felony conviction and prison sentence. I empathize with that, but there are so many opportunities for him to flourish here with the gift of clear American English, he could be paid heavy.
