It was very enlightening conversation. 22 minutes video felt like 2 minutes I could watch it another 20 minutes to be honest.

I've really enjoyed this, I am in the process of being offered a job at bm. And I feel like I will have so much insight after watching this video In the mission of bm If I am offered the job.

i rambled a bit, but the point is this..... I learnt a lot from being a service provider, so much that I was able to put that experience into good effect for a human rights charity against a service provider (not the same one :) ) due to some due diligence and a repair that should have been completed 6 months before on a passenger lift, the repair was so bad, it failed the next lift insurance inspection and was an exception.. LOLER The service provider wanted to charge us again for putting right the items the lift contractor had not done right the first time.

Very interesting to hear David's view developed from when I first knew him in 1998. Keep at it David.

Thanks and Beth and Greg for addressing compliance issues in Facilities. We have had first hand experience working with FM's for healthcare that struggle with lack of visibility and control on the internal environment of the facilities, dependency on contractors, finding out some unpleasant deviations in standards during audits a little bit too late. We developed an easy solution that exactly addresses this issue among FM's- provide visibility through a web interface on the critical environments, alerts for deviations in standards, monitoring critical equipment like generators, compliance reports and historic data empowering FM's to be ready at all times. Keeping the issues of budgets the solution is so low cost that Facility Managers would actually have the authority to try it out. The product works seamlessly with Alerton BMS systems among others.

A fabulous piece. It was great to realise that my approach to this issue was not compiled due to my narrow minded madness, it is based on the perception of what is the best way and achieving the best outcome, whatever that is. Thanks both!!
