I've done exercises everyday since 12 to 13(now days I do it for 2/3times a week), tried drinking milk everyday, try jumping rope and basketball for a few months, slept for 7h+ but my height didn't even change too much 😢 Btw my parents are 158 and 175+

Hi Daphne, thank you so much for your video! It really gave me some hope because I started doing grow taller exercises and I started to drink milk twice a day. There are days I drink milk once a day. The type of milk that I drink is cow’s milk and it’s lactose free and has almost has twice more protein than the regular milk. The only issue that I’ve is the sleep and I’m working on it. I try to grow 3-4 inches taller. I do these grow taller exercises 4-6 times and there are days I do twice a day because I get tired or busy with schoolwork. I have a question for you. Since cow’s milk works best for growing taller, does it matter what type of cow’s milk like full fat, 2% reduced fat milk, lactose free milk, etc? I drink 2% reduced fat milk because I want to lose weight and I’m on a weight loss journey. I just want to know if 2% reduced fat milk also work for growing taller as long as it’s cow milk. Also, does lactose free milk also work for growing taller since it’s a cow’s milk? Thank you!
