They wasted so much of Grace's potential. She could have been a badass gangster's wife with a spy background, watching Tommy's back while keeping the family together. Kind of like Polly 2.0. But they reduced her to a plain housewife.

Always found it funny that when you look at it, Tommy Shelby is a cold, brutal, broken, paranoid and psycho killer, running a powerful and mercyless gang, having killed hundreds of people,, he surely is charismatic, but in the end he's a very bad man who claims to not wanting to hurt innocent, yet he still operates all kind of schemes and vices like gambling or selling drugs, thus killing innocents. Yet when the big bad facist guy comes along, that's where he draws the line, like "nah you're facist and I'm a pikey, you big bad meanie" and that's such bulcrap, a man in Tommy's position simply would not give a damn about the guy's opinion, he would only be interested in how he can use him, or how he is a threat, nothing more. But I guess, even in this brillant show, they had to go to the easy "good man fights evil fascist'' route. No surprise it's one of the worst season, and the plot was a clusterfuck which ended up unsolved.

I remember thinking it was all going to kick off after this episode, but the whole Billy Boys storyline never really took off.

My god Adrian Brody is fucking awful as this character. I've analyzed this to death. I thought maybe it was because Brody was surrounded by superior talent and every other actor on screen was infinitely better. They are, however that doesn't also mean that Brody didn't use his blockbuster card as a child and rent every bad mob movie and base this character after an amalgamation of the worst mov characters ever. Ohhhhhh how edgy. Your character doesn't have a toothpick like other mob movies, your character has a match stick. Way to apply yourself to your craft.
