That is probably a trade-off, unfortunately. It is probably a little bit thinner, but the smell is great and mimics the B&BW ones. You can try to add more soap in the mix, but unfortunately, too much soap is problematic too, as it won't produce foam. Let me know if you come up with a better ratio!

I can certainly understand that, Ken. I tend to be rough of things too. This whole project started when I couldn't find a certain cookie cutter that I needed. It took me a lot of research to find a way to make my own. BTW, Ken's a great name. That was my dad's name.

@artemismirror2174 Lamar's chocolate long johns are my favorite. You can use this basic donut recipe to create them, but if you've never made regular glazed or chocolate frosted donuts, I would do that first. I found this piping tip off Amazon that will help you make a filled donut. I have used it with frosting, pudding and jam and it works great. Anything watered down or modified to be fun is less of a value. Whipped butter or yogurt is another example.

Hi Liliixx - good question :) Most Bath and Body soaps and body washes are not disinfectants, they are merely soap. Soap does its job by washing the germs down the sink, not offering any disinfecting properties. So, does this work like soap or any foam soap you would find on the shelves -- yes! Does this disinfect like Lysol or other strong disinfectant -- no. Hope this helps :)

Yes! It's a lot easier than you think. One thing I've learned after making this video (and hundreds of cutters and cookies!) was to try not to make any small little parts, but keep the shape less intricate. Those small little parts, can easily break off! You can do a lot to decorate to make details. Good luck! Keep me posted.

For the Lemax Beach Display I followed MarklinofSweden tutorial - czcams.com/video/2TwpB7sVMn8/video.htmlfeature=shared and the other lil harbor in the main Christmas village I used blue cellophane wrap on a roll (you can find in party city) & I layed the cellophane over a white snow blanket since its transparent & the white blanket underneath makes it sky blue. 😁

As a former resident of a tiny town in Texas, "Hello!" We lived in Sulfur Springs, TX when I was a small child. <3 We started using B&B when we were trying to get our grade-school (now high school) aged boys to wash their hands. BUT, with those price tags, it's not realistic. I had heard about people making their own foam soaps, and thought, what about using the bodywash at B&B to make our own foam soap?! We've been doing it ever sense. I can hardly tell the difference, and the most important thing for us -- the smell -- is spot on! Let me know how it works for you.

Sorry I didn't exactly answer your question. The important point is to add abt 1-2 T of bodywash and then fill the rest with warm/hot water. Shake, and you're ready to go. We don't actually add the food coloring anymore.

Small world🤗 I grew up in Ellicott, Colorado. It’s tiny too. I told my hubby NOT to move me back to the boondocks but we wanted to retire lakeside. We are retired military and aren’t rich so that meant tiny town, haha! We are in Quinlan. Thanks again🤓
