I only use a few building mods being unlimited building space because I don’t feel like dropping weapons all the time for more space but I digress I got really into remaking sanctuary by using a junk fence in front and then a junk fence near the yellow house that jun sits arounds and the protagonists house making it feel double secured from attacks but if you ever do you use mods for builds I recommend dead wasteland full and workshop rearranged because they add a lot of things like trinkets to have on Desks stuff

The pillar is very iffy when it comes to collision, as it uses the collision of both the pillar and the wall, if you use a rug and place a junk fence on the rug, you can move the rug itself and clip the fences together.

Love this, I generally do not like playing with mods and I love seeing others who can build masterpiece without mods!

I use mods, ps4 so limited, but still use the rug and post glitches. Used your barn post glitch (where it holds the corners of the floor up on a shop or two at Starlight so thanks for showing us, look forward to more building and ideas xx

Even tho I use mods, I like this series! Kinda like an old school look into building in FO4 back BEFORE mods and we had to use tricks like these to build nice settlements! Edit: I like how she used a variety of walls and fence pieces to make her wall!

This is the scrappiest fence ever, so cool. I love the look of it. One tip though is that you can move your generator after doing all the wireless glitching you need done. You just cant scrap or store it. So you could set the generator out on the pavement - do all your wireless wiring - then put it back in the shed and out of the way.

I posted a comment a half-hour ago, and I kept an eye on it because I had a CZcams link in it, and, for some reason, CZcams will sometimes block comments for having a link to CZcams in it, and guess what? 🤷‍♂ It makes no sense. I'd rather invite the raiders in for tea than fiddle with those junk fences without a mod. You did a great job.

That was a nice shot indeed. Are you avoiding scrapping the dead wood? I think that is what is preventing the wall bits from playing nicely. In any case, I'm loving this build already. I like how you vary the materials and heights.

For your power out of the shed, there are conduits that pass through the wall that you can use, that have connectors that you can attach to the generator,

Love the build! Nord beach is always something i struggle with thematically. When you said about a seperate bedroom i suddenly thought youd missed a trick, double porch with bedroom behind the windows (sofa out front, just to max the view). Technically on the porch, after removing the doorway if youd built a wood wall the roof should snap right on. Love the posts for supports, if you add another on top & remove the original you can snap the fencey bits on & then resnap the post you actually want. I really think F4 will be remembered for settlements, its the 1 area that truely fired up its community! More builds please 😃

I’m curious if buying the shelter adds more build room? Like my budget for my camp is almost full. If I buy the shelter, does it have its own build limit, or do I have to use the existing budget?

As a quick tip, if you don't mind using glitches, you can place a campfire on those wooden floors and the track pillars (as well as the concrete pillar) will treat it as sinkable ground. You could then put the roof supports inside the structure, to make them look even more stable.

Leaving everything in the settlement is a cool idea. Well done!

I've been building with mods for years but since the last big update a lot of them don't work. Building without mods is a whole new level and imagination is key. You do it so well.

The holes in the roofs may be for the recruitment towers. :)
