This seems like its for pve. It has the same PvP problems as the sonaf. Short range for the int side and tripple split DMG for the actual attacks.

Have you seen the new Baylee’s spells for dragon communion? I just went into pvp and one shotted someone with bayles tyranny. It’s like the fire version of acient lighting strike but it still does lighting damage

You could probably improve this build: they buffed the golden order seal and the two int/fai staves, so you have lots of mixup options!
