Alabama state arrangement was better. ASU version sound just like the song. The tubas, low brass, high brass, mellos, trombones, etc. was all eating in Alabama states arrangement. Alabama state has a full balanced powerful sound. Whoever arranged this song did EXCELLENT ! Gave each section a time to shine and stand out. Now A&M arrangement was a bit mid. They could’ve spiced it up a little bit more. They have the numbers but still lack in sound. The arrangement was mid it stayed consistent the whole time. Every band is different I get that. But A&M sounds like they still in high school.

I served in the Navy while in Norfolk as a youngin. We always macked their girls while at home games. They thimped back then. I wasn't surprised here. They pressed TsU hard.. TsU sounded like full studio sound though.

Attention drummers ‼️ You are in a gym, you DO NOT have to play so loud. You have a drum, the sound will carry and do justice. Playing like that in a gym will lead to drowning out the band, tempo issues, confusion and an AUTOMATIC L for that round 🤣You’re hurting your band. Giving the fact that most of the members on both sides have played at a collegiate level.
