Fried Rice Chicken Recipe | Easy
Hi guys, hope you enjoy this recipe! Here are the ingredients listed below:
2 cups rice
2 tbsp chicken breasts cut up (choice if you want to add more/less or leave out for vegetarian recipe)
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 spring onions
1 small onion or 1/2 onion
2 eggs
soy sauce
sesame oil
salt + black pepper to taste
chillis
turmeric (optional)
testing salt msg (optional)

Can I use self raising flour?
Hi, can you please tell me how I can store the leftovers and reheat the next day?
Is white sugar necessary? And do you have to wait for butter to cool down before adding it to the mix? that’s if you choose to brown the butter
I don't know if white sugar is necessary, but I used it. Regarding your second question, I just mixed everything together after having added it, and it seemingly made no difference. Cold butter and all ahah - made whisking a bit more tricky but that was about it.

You didn't make it probably lol I've made this several times it's tastes amazing try putting more sugar or something and make sure you use non baking powder otherwise it will turn out like cake.

Is it granulated or caster sugar for the white sugar ? Also can u use self raising flour?
You can use either sugar, dont use self raising flour it might turn out too cakey x

yes but it tastes better and has better flavour if you also use brown sugar
Is it 15 mins at 180 then 5 at 220 | or 10 at 180 then 5 at 220?
180 degrees for 15 mins and 220 degrees for 5 mins - but do keep an eye on it as you dont want it undercooked or too hard so u need to check with toothpick/stick

Hii yes brown sugar makes it taste better and chewier but if you use white sugar it should still work

Substitute of egg???
Sorry this recipe uses egg I have not tried it without egg so not sure if it would work, however there are vegan cookie dough recipes online that you could try! Hope that helps
