It gives me a warning that I’m sending to many messages and my number can be blocked? Is this normal?

I keep on receiving a Stop or Continue error message after so many messages get sent. This makes sending msgs a tedious task as I have 200 contacts. Any advice to fix? I tried emailing and got nothing back
Yes, we have built a fix for this for the Android. Please install the utility in the link below and follow the instructions to remove the warning message. I have the subscription and I use this app for reaching out to clients by the thousands. I didn’t realize to turn off iMessage when using it as someone reported the number as spam and had my number locked by apple. Even though the leads ask us to reach out. Apple will only unlock from spam once before permanent locking iMessage privileges on the number and device. My solution was two get a second number (eSIM) through my carrier to use only SMS messages instead. I’ve finally figured out how to get reach to use the new number on my phone instead of my personal one, but now the shortcut doesn’t work for fully automatic sending. How can this be fixed?

Is there a way to make the outgoing number to the text contact show different than your direct number that the phone or app is on?
Yes! It is possible by enabling Google Voice in the settings. Google Voice is a service that provides you with a free additional number, but it only works in the US and Canada, far as we know. After enabling Google voice in the settings of the Reach app, go to your group, select All contacts and modify the "Send Via" field to "Google Voice". If you need any additional help, please contact us via the app by tapping "Send Us an Email" in the Settings page of the app.
Can I use it on my Android phone now.

If I send to 500 contacts . Can I send 1 message to 500 contacts individually,without it converting to a group chat ?

Hi I imported a csv file and it’s saying the numbers are not showing but the numbers are on the file
Hi there! We'd be happy to help! Below are the steps for formatting and importing the CSV. But if you are still facing issues, please email us at contact@reachtheapp.com and we'll be happy to help! Step 1 - Prepare the CSV file: You may use Excel or Apple Numbers, or any other software which can export a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. In the app, simply create a table with First Name, Last Name, and Phone column in the first row. Then add the data of the phone numbers. The only mandatory field in the CSV column names is “Phone”. The rest are optional. But it’s recommended to have at least one more field: “First Name”. Also, the first row should be the column names and then the data should start from row #2 Here’s how the CSV file should look like: First,Last,Phone John,Smith,555-555-5555 Jane,Doe,555-555-5555 Step 2 - Import the CSV: In the Groups tab in the Reach app, create a new group, give it a name, and then tap the "CSV" button in the bottom left corner of the screen. Then you will be able to tap the "Import CSV" button (directly from your phone or by uploading the CSV file to our website by using the "Import CSV from PC/Mac" If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

@@growingpainn The table needs to be created in a separate software, like the Numbers app (from Apple), or Excel from Microsoft.

Is this app completely free to use forever no charges at all??
Yes, the app itself is free forever, but it also comes with an optional paid plan. The free version is limited to 8 contacts and 2 groups. You may use the app for free forever, and upgrade to the paid plan whenever you're ready. You may find the pricing inside the app when you go to the subscription page.
My recipients did not receive my message but the app said sent. What am I doing wrong?

What if I have a business and have 100+ contacts who are not in my contacts. Do I need to add them one by one in my phone’s contacts in order to send them bulk msg? Can’t I just enter them manually?
Andy G you may import them via the CSV import functionality. Simple go to the newly created group in Reach and then tap the “CSV” button and follow the instructions on screen. If you need any further help, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via contact@reachtheapp.com

Hello Emil, you can email us, and we can add your email on our android list, and we can send you a notification when its ready to launch. Unfortunately at this time, we still don't have it and its been delayed.

Please clarify, there is no way to send the message to all contacts in a group at ONCE? This option would be a HUGE improvement to the App.
Hello Coach Juliana, the restriction on sending the messages one by one is by Apple Inc, there is nothing we or anyone else can do about it. All developers are restricted that way, but we do have a good work around. Please email us and we can help you with it. contact@reachtheapp.com
What if I have 9000 contacts? :P
Yes, Reach app should work with any amount of contacts and we have a Fully Automated Sending mode now where you do not have to tap "send" for each outgoing message anymore. Having said that, please make sure that you're following all TCPA and FCC regulations before sending messages to anyone.
