It really depends on what area, what type of property and we don't really have that kind of crazy deals that always happen unless the area no longer a hot property area, and if it is a crazy deal usually I don't even got the chance to film it to capture it, usually sold out very fast, just a text to the fellow investors and some of them can even pay the deposit without visit the house

Old building, low ceiling, it's normal, if I am right, it is the first condominium in Penang (not low cost, not low medium cost, not affordable) I can't answer you what happen if earthquake takes place in Penang......
