Thanks buddy. It is the stock scx10ii trans with the 17 tooth pinion. Wheelspeed does also come from the rear ring gear that is 24t. Time will tell if it will hold up but seems good so far

I recently redesigned the trailing arm kits and frame rail kits and just haven't done a restock yet. I'm doing a big reorder hopefully end of this month but it's usually over a thousand bucks to get all the bits and kits. I am working on making these available through send cut send but they are so expensive for you guys ordering singles I'm still thinking about it. I've been watching your PreRunner videos and I fell in love with your work and I decided I want to build one for myself. I don't know exactly what I need for the build. I'm wondering what the kits consist of and what the prices for them are. I'm definitely going to be purchasing something from you to try and make it look and function as good as yours. The proline beams only work with Axial svx10ii chassis. I did design a Element prerunner frame that uses the same geo.etry as the scx10ii so you can run the proline beams on a Element based rig. If you look at the frame of a scx10ii vs a Element you can see some major differences. I basically took the scx10ii front frame and use the Element from the skid plate back. Been busy with work and family but I'm looking to order a,bunch of these kits soon. Only way to do it is to get my prerunner rails as I said above as far as,I know. Scale metal supplies makes those whoopacabra rails but it makes you fabricate and figure out your own shock package and it's mildly strange

If your building an Element prerunner the axles are stock, stock transmission with a smaller spur gear for wheel speed. 5700kv Brushless on a 23 tooth pinion. Running proline powerstroke xt shocks out back. This truck currently is running a kyosho outlaw rampage pro front bulkhead with the stock kyosho shocks. Not familiar with the Senton but I would not recommend these shocks outside of crawler use. There not designed for performance or jumping. Spring rates are what hold the weight of any vehicle when looking for shocks having different spring weights is the key to shock upgrades.

Yep, looking to do an I-beam front on an SCX10.2. Will be a little more scale than performance because I want to run some sort of Ford body with a Vanquish F9 rear just for the looks. I also half considered doing a leaf rear to give it a more budget build look. Any experience with that?

@estok4x4 yup yup I hear ya. These are fun to build. I don't have any experience with leafs, most of my builds are based on emulating real prerunners and I've never seen leafs on a trsiling arm 4 link but I'm sure it's possible. I have a few scx10ii chassis frame rails left, my personal stash but it's a dual shock setup. I'm hoping to have full restock of all the goody's in a week or two. Hit me up anytime I enjoy helping fellow builders with these.

I kind of want to try the leaf setup just to see if it’ll work, kind of going for a modified stock truck look more than full blown prerunner if I can pull it off. But yeah I’ll keep checking in here to see when you have the parts available to duplicate your setup here and I’ll definitely be in for a set.

I actually trimmed it to fit my setup. This is a scx10ii cherokee so it's a different battery tray than the scx10. Do you have a scx10 or scx10ii. I heard from a few homies that it needs the scx10ii battery tray.

Think of the two noods as just one. Also I used the adafruit instructions on how to wire two for 6v as one nood is only 3 volt. Run your power wires and just solder the added nood to match the wiring of the single. Good way to test before you solder is just like I did hold the nood leads to a coin battery or similar voltage power and just test it before you solder. Hope this helps 👍

@Traxxas.stampede xmaxx, sold the Slash instantly. I'm not a traxxas hater I just think there not comparable in performance to any brand. Glad I didn't spend big money on my xmaxx got it used definitely not worth 1k

I have done a handful of builds for a few companies and friends but it's totally up to you if you want to pony up the cash. Last one I built for my buddy was crazy expensive because he didn't have a truck to start with. I take it your having a hard time finding a scx10ii but you want to run the proline twin beams?

They are not compatible. I did design a Element Enduro chassis that is compatible, it's just a scx10ii front end past the center skid. They are a custom order item. Sorry I don't have a bunch of info on all this stuff. Just had a kid recently and juggling work life is difficult and this is not my main hobby. I have been doing custom orders for people that are interested 👊

What type of sway bar are you using? Are you using the proline rear battery adapter?

Torque twist is common for these types of trucks. Sway bar is the first thing I would address, second would be getting a stiffer foam or sealing the vents on your rims. I am running some unsprung weight on the rear axle that helps get traction in dirt. Hit me up if those tips don't help.

I dont have a sway bar yet as i didnt know i needed one, the battery tray dont fit under th body i am using, it's the injora half cherokee with the cage at the back. I still have the battery at the rear straped but it's front of the axle. I will buy a enduro sway bar. I use a heavy 2 step foam to make sure i have weight down low as the body want to make it top heavy. It's after all a mad max/resident evil post apo pre runner that i made.

@Aozoramurasaki I watch a lot of full size prerunner videos. I do my build videos as a guide to help others get a baseline to start from. Sway bars are almost mandatory and although the Enduro sway works it's not ideal compared to other options. The placement of the battery and cg center of gravity is really important to get it over or behind the axle for traction and weight distribution. Hope this info helps 👊

@Xee.Xee. yah buddy appreciate you. I did a similar build using an axial bomber cage and it's equally rad. Bombers are getting harder to come by but you might be able to find the cage parts if you really dig
