Along with everything that you're currently doing, also try light therapy. Green light is for bacterial infections. If mild to moderate, do 1hr treatment twice per day (2hrs/day total) every day until symptoms subside. If severe, do a continuous light therapy for 4-6hrs per day, every day until symptoms subside. After the crab has healed, continue to give it 2hrs of light therapy 1x/week to make sure infection does not return. For best results, use incandescent light in a darkened room. My pet chicken had a liver condition (red for liver). I gave her continuous light therapy for 2 months straight. She healed. Hope this helps.
