First, you should check what exactly you were asked to amend. Have you made the amendments to the attributes (details) that the immigration authorities asked you to correct in your online form and then resubmitted the form? If yes, then you’ll need to wait for 5 working days; within this time, you should see the revised status. If your status still shows as pending, it means your visa is under review, and you should receive a response within a maximum of 5 working days. Note: If the errors you made while filling out the form are basic, such as mistakes in the hotel name or address, the chances of your form being rejected are low; it will likely just require amendments. However, if you've made significant errors in major details, such as the passport number or port of entry, your visa is more likely to be rejected.

Just select your intended date to enter Vietnam in DD/MM/YYYY format. Please remember that it can be a planned date, not the exact one, but you are required to enter on or later than that date.
