Welcome to my 1500th Video showcasing 2 delightful Thali trays from Itihass restaurant in Birmingham. The Thalis start from £26 and are bottomless, know in India as unlimited, meaning you can keep reordering whatever dishes your thali includes until you have had enough, so essentially, it's a high quality buffet. The food was great, the service was excellent and the ambience of the restaurant is pretty much in a colonial style which is unique.

People, how many takeaways , out of all the ones you have tried, are a 10 consistently, i bet not many.
Yes, consistency is vital and not very prominent with the majority of eateries unless they're at the higher end.
& some of those takeaway prices are ridiculous now, & being lazy costs a lot more in 2024....

What I like to do is actually just take the foamy scum off (which turns out to be protein, thanks :D) and just leave the fat there, cause if you sprinkle paprika powder on it and just let it melt, don't even think of stirring it, low heat, couple of minutes and its like liquid gold. For any hungarian soup man

I visited on Saturday 20th July 2024 with my wife, brother in law and sister in law. I have eaten there before so recommended it to them. We all had a Balti and my in laws agreed that it was the best curry they had ever eaten. I thought my Balti was excellent and service was faultless.
