Didn't and not going to watch this video . But just from the side beside photos 2 different skin tones. 2 different hair colors. 1st person has a bald spot and second person doesn't . First person has straight cut different colored hair on the neck line and the second person has black hair racing down his neck to find his back. This is why I don't bother with Physiotherapists. Oh you hurt your knee squatting? Hamstring curl it away lol
as I said I’m not an expert on this subject, so all I can do is try what he said and see what happens 😅
if you are open minded, read the book "the mind body prescription". I was in a similar situation and the book healed me. Worth a shot

Hey please tell me where can I buy a pullup bar I wanted one badly and I need a screwless one that is portable and durable
I bought mine at decathlon (a sports store), but you can find them also on amazon. Mine has to be put between two walls, but there are some that you just put on a door, so that way they are more portable. Hope it helps you 🙏🏼
