Man I can understand that these hitboxes were, at the end of the day, designed by people and people are prone to errors especially when being overworked as employees of Fromsoft (and many other companies) have gone on record stating, but some of these hitboxes are just atrocious, sloppy and completely unintuitive. The Tool concert light show sure as hell isn't helping their case either, nor is the camera actively trying to perform a colonoscopy on your character and it's a shame too because the first phase of the fight has so much potential but not of that matters when the execution of the fight as a whole is so lackluster, very disappointing end to a game that already struggled with inconsistent peaks and valleys in quality.

Real talk and unrelated, but I love how the Messmer Knights actually sound like people inside heavy plated armor instead of ethereal wraiths like all of the soldier and banished knights in the base game sound like. It always irked me that all of the knights from the base game sound like they're practically ghosts when they're just suppose to be noblemen in armor.

I always think about how many enemies are way bigger than the Tarnished but how many things like doors, levers, and staircases are Tarnished sized. Like, how many enemies walk around ducking and crawling and crouching just to get around?
