I think you all did a great job of laying out the project and not to bad on rigging, with the exception of backing off the shackle pin, thats a definite no no. Great job using a bowline for the tag lines. Overall good work.

After being a certified National Crane Operator for 17 years, I agree you made the right decision. I ran a hydraulic just like the one you used. I was glad to see you knew crane signals ---- I would show up on job sites and people would have no clue. I didn't understand the container hooks, when a screw pin would have done the job for your purposes, and eliminated another point of failure. I lifted many and never used them.

The past experience of you and your brother as well as Lydia's experience is a major key to the successful completion of the task. Being a crane operator, I know how important it is to have "qualified" riggers along with "experienced" craftsmen to achieve a safe and well executed crane lift. This channel's honesty and attention to detail is what places you light years ahead of the others. I look forward to seeing the progress and completion of your shop. Thanks again

I would have used cinder blocks instead of solid concrete. That's a lot of extra unnecessary concrete.

great engineered solution. wonder if you could add two more for the second story if you needed them. getting value for the time to get crane there and set up. great experience to be involved with, wish them all the best, meeting engineering and safety needs. can see how you could build a shelter or shed complex for so many uses, not pretty but solid and good for decades especially surviving in hurricane areas. storage, work sheds, animals and food areas etc as well as basic accommodation for sleeping and cooking and a bathroom.

I was hoping for y'all to weld the containers, but no worries because the next hurricane we'll get to see lots of welding!

Consider the intent of a law. Plead not guilty and tell your story. No judge or jury in any state will find you guilty of that charge. If just one officer had responded that deer would still be alive. Rewriting the law would cause quite a few problems. You have done your part already by sharing the facts and educating the people of your state. I would argue that in the future dozens of people you have educated will quietly do the right thing. I hope this is somewhat comforting to you.

Another quality installation. I see containers stacked all of the time but normally they would have the top contsiner overlapping one of the lower containers on the end that doest have doors. But I'm sure y'all have a plan. You do have a plan, right? I can't wait to see what it is. Love your videos and God bless y'all.
