MW 2404 The Condition Of Mind
Happy May To All. In These moments, there is much to consider and reflect on in the world. The best approach to all things is a clear and centered “Condition Of Mind.”
This new Mindful Wisdom focuses on “The Condition Of Mind.” This condition is the default way in which you choose to engage with the world when it comes calling and gets your attention.
May this presentation encourage the maintenance and improvement of this vital mental condition which determines the base personality of who we are.
I am pleased to announce that all the original Mindful Card layouts have been developed, lined out, tracked, created, and posted. This has been a remarkable two years and many positive responses and wonderful conversations and emails. It has been a wonderful experience for me, which is thanks to all of you.
I am grateful for the support and clarity that these presentations provide and pleased that the comments received indicate that they are helpful to those searching to improve their interaction with life.
At this time, there is a need to acquire more video source and layout more narrations and storyboard more presentations. We anticipate using our summer to get more beautiful video footage and develop more card content. The presentations are expected to resume in the fall. The intention is to continue the Mindful Wisdom series, and to the pleasure of those who have asked for so long, there will be a development of another Lojong project which will focus on Tonglen, the traditional Lojong Meditational practice. This future presentation, as the others were, will take significant time to put together, refine and master for presentation. So please be patient and progress on the projects will be posted as we go along.

The Lojong teachings are the basis for our formulation and ability to create and hold our “Condition Of Mind” that we choose and not the one that the world shapes for us.
Peace in the mind produces peace in your footsteps. Centeredness in your mind creates stillness when there is only chaos outside. Practice Well.

    Thank you for this nice video. Btw, at around 10:15, the pronunciation for "bodhi" should be "bod-hee" instead of "bod-hye'. Just like we say "bodhee" in "bodhichitta". Thank you
