      I parked it but next I will pull the clutch pack that you access from the side to see if the pack failed. Either way I think it is better to just have it rebuilt or get a new one. I just had the engine replaced and the mechanic pulled it from the top so if you wanted to replace your own transmission you can if you have a engine hoist.

    So my 8HBW23 has a fun quirk too. The charger will show blue light as if plugged in when NOT plugged in. It won't charge until a battery cable is disconnected. As soon as warranty ran out we started getting E250 faults (comm fault with charger?) and recently E159 ??? On charger I did get a E013 fault yesterday. (Charger Output Current Not Accepted: Battery voltage is detected but the charger is unable to output current. This is normally caused by an electrical device connected between the charger and the battery which passes through voltage but not current. Poor connections can also cause this. Ensure the charger is properly connected to approved equipment. This error will automatically clear once the charger is reset by cycling DC or AC). Starting to wonder if the Delta Q chargers are to blame? what kind of tire soap do you use?

    • @Z32spdstr
      @Z32spdstr Před 4 lety

      Normally soap water the not so thick or so gooey because gooey soapy water tends to make the tire sticky when it comes to dismounting making it harder, regular watery soapy water.

      @Z32spdstr Před 4 lety

      First off should have add the soapy water all around the rim of the tire front and back, as far as the prying the tire off should have used a bead keeper instead of another bar which made him worry about keeping the bar intact so it doesn't swing back at him and he was taking bigger bites. This bar he was holding down at 9 clock and the bar he was using to bite and remove could have been 1 or even 12 a clock use both bars and walk the bars. Towards the bead keeper and while tire is on the ground.

    of course once it has froze up and you turn it the o-ring will tear and it will start leaking - however if you modified that with a slot going perpendicular you could use it to pull that valve straight out - replace the o-ring and pop that baby right back in lol

      I'll second the other guys comment, does it actually just pop out or do you have to go into the housing? Reason I'm asking is I have a '13 model D13 in my driveway right now that sprang a leak today after a PM the shop turned that valve. I've bought the replacement parts but can't figure how to get that thing out. Thanks.

      chrisfrisina sorry I just checked your message. It can only be turned halfway because it has a cotter pin that runs through it and it hits the housing. I believe 11 is off and 8 and 2 is on. Also the guy that commented after you his idea of how the cut the socket is better.
