Just after the flash pots and candles go off there's a fellow with red hair banging in the lower right by the stage. This part of the vid was used in intro of another uk metal show in the 80/90s - can't remember it's name (raw power?). Glad I've found the original vid - always thought it was wasp or something with the pyros!

I remember watching this on TV at the time, there really was nothing like this, the opening pyrotechnics are incredible

I saw warlock on this very show when it was broadcast live on TV, was amazing and first time I saw the band a very young and beautiful Doro pesch, she was the same age as me at the time 20years old , just loved the opening track hellbound even when lead guitar packed in on solo they still carried on regardless great band

Motorhead perfected the perfect heavy metal image by 1980 - the .308 bullet belts, leather jackets, cowboy boots, Iron Crosses and Wehrmacht SS patches. Killer look. Wish I could go back in time to see Motorhead and Waylon Jennings in 1980. I was able to hang out with Lemmy around 2004/05 when I showed up to a Motorhead concert really early. Went to the bar to order a whiskey and Lemmy walks up after playing pin ball games and sits next to me. We just talked and drank whiskey for a while.

I miss these guy so badly. Gone too soon.

I saw the lads support Ozzy on the Blizzard of Oz tour at Philly's Tower theater ,funny thing is everywhere else in the world Ozzy was opening for Motorhead .America never really dug them as much as we should have ...

I saw these guys in 1981, and then again 10-years later in 1991. Both times it was in a small club that only held a few hundred people. I got right up front of Lemmy both times. People say Motorhead was the loudest, but I saw Ted Nugent at the Long Beach Arena in 1979, and that was the loudest concert I have ever been to.

When i was a kid, saw this and bought the album immediately. Roxy on drums is still going strong and looking great in Vixen, the band she formed after this. A true rock soldier. This was also Sebastian Bach's first band, joining after Bret Kaiser left.

This is such a killer band and great songs with a unique style and Judie's totally original approach. Mike Paxman's solo on black furs is one of my favorite solos of all time. It is so perfect I literally start tearing up. Charlie Morgan's drumming also makes this performance really special.
