Change Our Garden Shed into Kid's Play House
zhlédnutí 99Před 19 hodinami
I've been telling the kids that we are going to build a play house. However, I don't seem to have a lot of extra time on the farm. For the foreseeable future, we are going to use our garden shed for the kid's play house. Exactly where I'm going to put all my junk, I'm not sure. But we are going to give the kids space of their own! Thanks for watching our videos! If you want to visit our farm an...

How Many Plugs Can You Put in a Tire
zhlédnutí 79Před dnem
How many plugs can we put in a tire? That's the big question today on the farm. The other day we drove our Yamaha side by side on the mountain looking for a baby calf. During that time, we ran over a lot of baby locust trees... and some other woody thorns. Now we have flat tires. I need to order some more times but before they come in I need to plug them. How many plugs should we use? Thanks fo...

Easy & Fast Pump Replacement on Kenmore Washing Machine From the Bottom!
Your a lifesaver thank you very mutch..now to see if it works..?
And there go the sheep again. lol Was talking to another farmer at the farmers market on Friday. She was saying how her 14 she had got out and then into her freshly planted vegetable garden. Now the sheep are really fenced in and for good measure the vegetable garden is too.😂🐑🐑🐑🍅🥬🥦
Looks great while it’s open you gotta clean that clean car =happy car
Kevin that is awesome placement for the camera. The chicks can be so mesmerizing and peaceful. Standing and looking DOWN on them is nice, but this is so much better. When I first saw your brooder, I thought it was just a metal basket that you re-purposed. I would love to have that setup, as having the chicks waist-height would make things a lot easier for old folk, and, I could have the chicks in the barn or stable without fear of the rats, or the cats who are supposed to control the rats, getting to the chicks. Nice video.
Little chicks are always so adorable.
I am so glad I’m not the only one that takes pictures of my projects before I take it apart. That way I can get it back together the same way.. i’m sure glad you thought to unplug that although the video might be entertaining, it probably would not feel that great.
Just replaced my pump great video Thank you.
Thanks for watching our video and leaving your comment. It means a lot to hear from folks that benefited from it. Every time I replace the pump on ours, I watch it again too. Thanks Kevin
Good morning~Good video, so peaceful~
Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts. Not every day is as peaceful on the farm but it's always fun to share the ones that are! I haven't see you in the comments before. Hope you will visit again! Kevin
Great video, morning chores are a must as well all the other jobs that have to done every day. The children are growing up so nice and they'll will be grown up before you know it. Have a great day.
So true! I don't want them to grow up!!!! Thanks for watching Mr. Conner! Kevin
Unplugging for 30 sec seemed to do the trick :)) thank you! I have kenmore front load 40272900 model.
Nice work! Thanks for taking a minute to post a comment! I'm glad this helped you! Kevin
Nice video..
Thanks for watching and taking a minute to leave a comment. Means a lot to me! Thanks Kevin
I replaced mine 6/23/2024 LOL
Sometimes I can't see the forest through the trees... Lots of work to get to the switch in my case. Hope this helped you not go through what I went through to find the problem! Our ac is still working strong. Thanks for watching and posting your comment! Kevin
Should work in an optiplex 380 right? My mother in law has it, but it still has an option for "dial-up"
If it has the slots on the motherboard, I think it will work. Does dial up still exist? Thanks for watching and posting your question. Kevin
I notice at 9:07 the bearing is flush. Then it goes to you installing the shims and spring clip. I'm having trouble getting the bearing to go in deep enough for the spring clip to be installed. I've read other posts that say the parts diagram is incorrect and the bearing goes on the inside of the shoulder on the shaft. Is that what you did?
Thanks for watching our video Mr. Wilson. I all honestly, I don't remember. I do recall it being a little sloppy when I put it together and I don't know if that was how it was supposed to be. This belonged to a friend and he brought it to me damaged. I don't know how it felt originally. I do have a 72" deck on our mower but so far I have not had to remove the box from the deck. I did put a pulley on it... and in a similar fashion, it did not go on as I thought it should... I'm sorry I'm not more help. I would love to know how it ends up working for you. Kevin
Mine is also a 72", RCK72P. I've got it all back together and the only way I could get the bearing deep enough in the case was to put the bearing on the inside of the flange on the pinion shaft. Everything fit good so I'm pretty sure the parts diagram is incorrect. I tried it several times the way the diagram shows and couldn't get it to work. Thanks for your response.
Thank you for letting me know you have the same as we do. I need to service my gear box soon. Kevin
When buying tires (or most stuff), you get what you pay for.
I could not agree more. I looked for 6 ply thinking that was enough but apparently no... Do you have a suggestion as to which tires to buy? Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! Kevin
Thanks Kevin! It took us a while and I had to get help with a couple of stubborn screws, but the washer is working again! Only one screw left over at the end! ;)
If you are like me, we have a junk drawer full of old bits and pieces... And sometimes they find their way back to the original project they came from... other times, not so much. Thanks for watching and leaving your comment! It means a lot to us! Kevin
@@MillGapFarms Oh, we do have a junk drawer! But the spare screw goes to live in the barn in the wood shop. Maybe it will get used sooner!? Also we just cleaned out the inlet filters, which would be a great short vid for folks that have hard water, if you're ever looking for another topic. :)
You are very correct on the inlet filter. Ours is no longer gunked up... we added a softener and its really helped out. Thanks for the suggestion! Kevin
@@MillGapFarms Any tips on the softener? Where in the water line does it go? We have a drilled well and lots of iron & manganese in the water.
Great video.
Thanks for watching and and taking the time to share your thoughts. Means a lot to me. Kevin
Dead blow hammer.
Exactly! Kevin
Thank you . Is there any job in farm I like to work in farm place 🙂
I like working on the farm too. We have processing coming up and then there's making more hay? Where do you live? Kevin
Great video, looks like you made quick work out of splitting thar wood pile.
It is an amazing splitter. I have so much fun making firewood and I hope Gabriel enjoys it enough to make firewood with it when he gets older... Thanks for watching and leaving you thoughts. Kevin
That’s pretty cool!😎
It was fun for sure....next time you're on the farm we can see if we can beat that time! Kevin
Thanks!
No problem! Thanks for taking a minute to leave a comment. Means a lot to us! Kevin
How many plugs can you put in a tire? How many do you have😂? I had one tire on a 4 wheeler that was eventually transformed completely into a carcass of plugs…seriously…no exaggerating…🤞🏻😁
This might get a little into economics but at some point it's will cost more to get a tire vs a set of plugs... There is a curve for this! Thanks for watching Doc! Kevin
Speaking of coffee… the Honduras with maple sugar is on point. My 7 PM cup after dinner has definitely gotten better since our visit in April.
It was so much fun having you guys on the farm. We are looking forward to the fall when you'll be back in Virginia! Kevin
We must have been plugging tires at the same time! Bad week for tires.
It seems I am plugging tires a few times a week these days. They are still holding air! Thanks for watching and leaving your comment. Kevin
All of them the answer is all of them. If you have tire trouble often, they make an industrial tire repair liquid. A little bit like slime but better. I think it’s called Ventrac reseal. We had it in all of our loaders and grading tractors.
I will buy some soon! I used a product for my mountain bike tubes in my lawnmower tire...It worked well! So an industrial product has to be awesome. Thanks for the suggestion! Kevin
More than 25 times may be pushing it a bit. Great video, keep up the good work.
I agree! Might be cheaper to buy a tire! Kevin
I haven't heard the word "bulkhead" used that way before. I can understand "bulkhead fittings", but "bulkhead" to me would refer to a partition separating two areas. Maybe that's a word they use with hydraulic fittings?
That word wasn't mine, it was from the company I bought them. I could be completely wrong with the terminology. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. Kevin
northern ny also do syrup some
Great to have you on the channel! Hope to see you more in the comments! Kevin
Just curious if you have ever thought of having miniature horses
Ms. McClaskie, I'm not sure what to say...? I thought you were my friend? Please please please don't mention anything of the sorts to Emily!!!! We have too many animals on the farm!!!!! Hahahaha Kevin
@@MillGapFarms hmmm, maybe I should contact Emily. lol WEll, if they become available I will let you know.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Oh cool. That’s one of your beef cows right?
Yup! It’s was Jersey’s. She’s a great mom. Kevin
Awe I love new calves!
They are nifty for sure! Very stand offish right now. Soon I’ll be able to pet and play with them. Thanks for the comment. Kevin.
That’s awesome, plenty of time to get big before winter
Turns out, it’s a heifer. So we won’t be using her for dinner anytime soon. Hopefully in the next two years she’ll be bred and help us grow our cow calf heard. Thanks for watching!
Happy Birthday!! 🎉
Yeah!!! Kevin
Pretty cool. Happy Fathers Day!
I am way behind!!! Happy belated Father’s Day Kurt!
thank you! it worked😎
You are most welcome! Thanks for taking a minute to leave a comment! Means a lot to us. Kevin
I have same washer rn can u let me know :))) I having trouble and it keeps saying Add a Garment”the load would start for minute then stop and say it again.
Great to see another video. Hmm think I was there when you filmed this. Good times.
You certainly were! It was great to have you guys on the farm! You are a wealth or knowledge! Kevin
Happy Father’s Day, Kevin.
Right back at you P of B! Kevin
Kevin, great video. I used it and got my washer torn down, pump.rplaced and put back together inside of 2 hours. Thought I was pretty slick. The problem, though, im still getting a DE code. Drain line and filter are clear, any ideas? Really tired of baling 6 gallos of water with every test run.
I don't think I mentioned this in the video but have you pulled the filter? There could be something in there? Another thing to do is reset the pc board. Here is a video to how I do it. czcams.com/video/viKY99zFQCE/video.html Let me know if this works. BTW we don't live in an area without cell reception. I'm making hay today and will check back throughout the day for comments. Thanks Kevin
This guy sure is confident, even cars going by while he’s stealing don’t bother him.
What ended up happening was my father-in-law came down the driveway and they took off between the mailbox and the farmstand get away. My father-in-law never saw him. But they saw him. I missed him by something like 20 minutes. Thanks for watching! Kevin
That is awesome! I saw a huge Timber rattlesnake over in Bath on the mountain last year
She’s a good snake. Spooks the city folk every time!!! Hahaha thanks for watching s as bd leaving you comment. Thankfully I’ve not seen any rattle snakes on our property!!
