In Hitman 3, one of the mission stories in Dubai has you set up a meeting between Carl Ingram, Marcus Stuyvesant, and Lucas Grey. If you kill the targets before Grey finishes his dialogue, he'll have some unique dialogue for you: 4 total different lines, which alternate each time. After Arthur takes out John's captor, John quickly grabs the guy's gun off him while he's falling, turns around and headshoots the guy holding Strauss in a split second. Just a neat little detail I noticed recently in the "Fine Night of Debauchery" mission. Strauss saves Javier's life by giving a guard a big ol' bonk on the head with a bottle, which I found kinda funny.
