Depending on the class of restaurant, ordering on an app is great because it means when I'm ready to leave I can just leave because I paid when I ordered. At slightly higher end places some still have an app/mobile site to settle the bill so it just means we're not going around the table paying one at a time and it's much easier for people to pay for what they've had if we're splitting that way.
