Maaaaaan sylvanas bow is so bad. By far the least legendary legendary to ever be made. There's blue weapons with more interesting effects than that piece of garbage. Doesn't suprise me they randomly decided to make it legendary last minute.

Mops cloaks are probably also somewhat responsible for the Mage Towers existence. One Part of the Quest was to complete one of the 4 Celestials Challenge, wich was a seriously hard for a quest back then, especially since you had to do it solo, and i dont think challenging solo content was really a thing until then

Rhea's questchain will always hold a special place in my heart. I remember doing it in Cata and keeping her Last Egg all the way to level 85. It stayed in my trinket slot and I never switched it out cause god dammit a mom asked me to look after her child so that's what I was gonna fucking do!

If you are Horde in MoP you encounter Sunwalker Dezco and his wife in the Krasarang Wilds storyline. I know it's a storyline/questchain and not a single quest but it's so good! No spoilers of course but damn did it tug at the heart strings

The woker legendary actually does buff yourself when you use your big cd and buffs others when not. It is not a pure support buff.

As a hunter main who did mythic sylvanas at the time i can clearly tell you that the legendary effect of the bow did not deal "a massive amount of dmg", it was quite underwhelming and only BIS because of the itemlvl :) The silence effect was mostly useful in m+.

Ysera was so hard, in my opinion one of the sadest storylines.

Man, these two dragonfly legendary processes are bulshit! Whatever happened to just being able to grab the damn item off the boss man like "Yay I have it!!"

The thing about the Quel'delar rewards is incorrect. I have all the appearances, and I only ever did the questline once, back in Wrath. Whenever it was that we get all the appearances from a quest was introduced and backdated, I got the other rewards. Thor'idal does still have a cool effect on it too; it still shoots magic arrows, even though ammo isn't a thing anymore. Autoshots from it appear as magic blue streaks, like they always have.

Also, don’t forget that WARBANDS are coming, and the days of running for transmogs only to get ones that your character can’t use will be a thing of the past! I have been begging for a system like this since transmog was introduced, and I can’t wait for it to go live. I’m gonna run all of the dungeons and raids until I get every armor set and all of the weapons that I have been wanting since TBC!

I still rock my Zin’rokh and I was one of the first on the Silver Hand server to unlock it via Archeology. It took forever but it was worth it in the end because it looks fantastic, but it does need a bit of a graphical refresher.

I crafted Sulfurus a few yesrs back and tgen they changed it to a 1 hand mace, made it really small and unworthy

I think the cruelest quest chain is the one in Vanilla where a warlock sacrifices the hearts of two innocent men and summon/bind a succubus. It really shows you how evil warlocks really are, just downright chaotic and self-serving. The world building in that class quest and others is why vanilla WoW was so good, with Legion bringing a lot of that back into the game for it's duration.

Everything deserves it more to be #1 than the garbage lfr cloaks. Every afk noob could get them

Seeing how hard it is to get the Tier 3 set now, I'm happy I got the full set back in vanilla and kept it in my bank (transmog wasn't a thing yet and I had worked too hard for it to just vendor it). I dont think I will ever change my druids transmog.

The evoker legendary actually prioritizes the evoker. So while yeah, it's not always on self... it's most often on self. Just a note from an evoker player. Also how do the WoD rings not make this list in terms of power level?

Part of the mats were just simply expensive to purchase, but the ingots dropped from another raid, and you needed a priest to mind control a named NPC in that raid to teach a player the recipe to smelt it.
