Tree trimmer BLEW UP the AC | HVAC | inspection turns to change out

Be careful brother. Do not agree to a non compete clause no matter what. Trust me when I say running the business by yourself is nowhere near as hard as you think it is. I was exactly like you dude. Everywhere I worked I worked like I owned the business, and I was looking at the big picture and down the road. because I worked like that all those customers that used me were thrilled to come to my company when I started. Trust me when I say the money is insane and it’s going to be very difficult for you to get a big cut of it without having the sole ownership. Whenever you were the owner and all the monies coming to you and you’re willing to reinvest into the company it becomes very easy. But if you have even one other person that is entitled to a share of the profits and they’re interested in buying a Ford platinum truck and the lake house you’re going to be stuck where you’re at and it’s going to be impossible to grow any bigger. You’re gonna have to have like 10 trucks on the road before you can both have a lake house and the bad ass truck. I technically make $65-$80,000 a month but I don’t because I put it all back into the company and keep buying more vans and more tools and more equipment. I keep hiring new guys and taking all the money I make and reinvest, and that money keeps getting larger and larger every month. I wouldn’t be able to do that in a partnership. I grew to be an over $3 million a year revenue company. I’m not being a hater here, man I think you have the exact mindset that I had and could make yourself very very wealthy.

I have 17 certs, but I am also an ICC G29 Master Mechanical Contractor in Colorado. We don’t have HVAC licenses like electricians and plumbers. One of like 9 states that don’t. But I recommend AC Service Tech study books and videos plus HVAC School in Florida online videos and phone app. The best school I have found for the price is in Oklahoma in Okmulgee Green Country Trade school. Their 1000 hour 10 month course is fantastic. The schools is Denver for HVAC are a joke and just as overpriced as the big companies. Leonardi HVAC school for $2500 is only like 156 hours for $2500. So I bought this set on an OCD purchase and hands down they SUCK. Why.... well 1st off there heavy but let's keep going. 2 the size of the wrench is so tiny you can't read it. 3 the size is also painted BLACK good thing though the paint is so cheap and scratches off you'll be able to read that size soon enough. Now the kicker the speed box end is so thick it doesn't fit in most common areas like you need to screw whatever down all the way flush then if your lucky and it's not a motor base and the head is in the clear you can use them. Klein dropped the ball yet again!
